Strip Type Copper Jumpers
Strip Type Copper Jumpers are manufactured from high quality copper sheets. Copper Sheet size is selected based on customer application and budget. Strip Type Copper Jumpers are also known as Flange Bonding Jumpers, Earth Continuity Strap, Bonding Jumper, Flange Jumpers, Flange Earthing Jumpers, Earthing Jumpers or Flange Jumpers etc.
Copper Sheets are shared based on customer required width and thickness then holes are made as per order and bent as per customized designs or kept flat without bend. In most cases pipeline flange material is either MS or SS in order avoid metal corrosion earthing jumpers are can be tin plated. However, without plating is also demanded in various industry. On special request Earthing Jumpers can be manufactured in Brass or Aluminium.

Braided Copper Jumper
Braided Copper Jumpers are manufactured from high quality copper wires. Copper Wire Braided Strips size is selected based on customer application and budget. Braided Copper Jumpers are also referred as Bonding Jumper, Grounding Jumpers, Earth Continuity Strap, Flange Jumpers, Flange Bonding Jumpers, Flange Earthing Jumpers, Earthing Jumpers and Copper Braid Bond.
Copper Braids are manufactured based on customer specification, Copper Braided Strips are cut to specified length. Copper Jumper is fitted with end terminal and hole is punched as per customer design. In most of the cases pipeline flange material is either SS or MS in order get rid of metal corrosion braided copper jumpers are can be tin plated. Tin Plating can be done on both terminals and copper braids. However, without Tin plating is also demanded in various industry.
