Flange Earthing Jumpers
Flange Earthing Jumpers are manufactured from high quality ETP grade copper wires. Deepening upon customer requirement copper wire braid is manufactured in round form or flat form. The area, diameter, width & thickness can customized based on customer requirement. Once the customer requirement is final copper braid is manufactured in round form of flat form. These copper braids can be manufactured in bare copper as well as in tin plated copper. Based on customer specification copper terminal in manufactured to specific thickness and hole size. Terminal is tin plated and its crimped to braid after cutting the braid to customized length.
Flange Earthing Jumpers are also called as Earth Continuity Strap, Flange Bonding Jumpers, Copper Jumpers, Flange Jumpers, Bonding Jumper, Grounding Jumpers or Earthing Jumpers. Flange Earthing Jumpers are flexible in nature and can bend at any degree therefore they are most convenient for installation so also referred as Flexible Jumpers.
Base material of pipeline flange is always MS or SS so to avoid metal corrosion jumper terminals are always tin plated. Connecting Copper Braids are Bare (Without Plating), Tin Plated ( Tinned ) or Insulated as per customer requirement.
